Vintage 1930s Black Crepe Puff Sleeve Smocked Dress. beautiful bias cut gown with a heavy drape made by DCSB Original Design. soft slinky crinkle rayon crepe fabric. the inside of the fabric is silky soft and luxurious on the skin. deep v-cut neckline with pleated detail along the waist gives it visual interest and a flattering fit. metal zip up the side. puffed sleeves have little shoulder pads for structure. beautiful shape, some scattered pin holes but overall presents well. waist measures 28 in.
