Vintage 1970s Rainbow Striped Cotton Gauze Dress Balloon Sleeves. amazing crinkle gauzy cotton dress with HUGE balloon sleeves that finish at the wrist with elastic. skirt has a nice amount of fabric. zips up the back. rainbow fabric is textured and woven. one repair to the sleeve, and one to the armpit. some fading along the black gauze at the shoulders and sleeve. overall presents well! best fit 26 waist.
