'60s Mary Quant's Ginger Group Intarsia Cardigan. very rare sweater from her Ginger Group line.Quant was known for pulling influence from London's youth culture, creating out of the box pieces inspired by mods, beatniks, and dancers. this line was started in 1963 as ready to wear. the sweater has a very cool space-age looking cap sleeve detail that layers over the long sleeves. the knit is an orange base with navy, yellow, green, and red patterns. made from a soft acrylic. best fit S/M.
